Partnership expands pallet manufacturing and lumber remanufacturing capacity in the Houston market.
PORT NECHES, Texas, Aug. 26, 2026 — Hinton Lumber Products, a leading national pallet supplier and the largest producer of block-style pallets in the United States, today announced it has entered into a joint venture with Groves Pallet Company, a pallet manufacturer based in Port Neches, Texas. The joint venture brings together two companies with a long history of friendly competition in the same regional markets.

The venture includes pallet manufacturing and lumber remanufacturing and takes effect on October 1, 2026. Management teams at both companies will remain in place.
