Engineered for Robotics, Speed, and Repeatable Performance

System pallets require a tighter tolerance and higher grade of material selection than standard pallets. Hinton uses kiln-dried, heat-treated lumber selected for uniformity, durability, and structural consistency.

  • Material: Kiln-dried hardwood or SPF pine
  • Treatment: Heat-treated to meet ISPM-15 standards
  • Fasteners: Precision-driven with reduced protrusion to prevent automation hang-ups
  • Tolerances: ±1/8 inch standard; tighter options available
  • Top Decks: Slotted, full-top, flush, or customized

System-Ready Designs for Complex Infrastructure

Built to meet the mechanical requirements of:

  • Robotic arms
  • High-bay storage systems
  • Vertical Lift Modules (VLM)
  • Conveyor belts and shuttle rails
  • Automated forklifts and tuggers
  • Rack-supported and double-deep storage

These pallets are also compatible with fully automated pick-pack operations that require rapid order turnover and consistent pallet response.
